Every tenant has their own unique gate code, and can access the facility between 6am and 10pm every day. Each facility is conveniently located on County Road 23/Lake Drive, and has an entrance just off the highway.

Frequently asked questions
No, units can only be accessed during our posted hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. This limitation is done to protect all of our customers.
If there is a storage unit available that meets your needs you can set up a time to meet us, and we can take care of everything at that meeting. Usually this only takes about 15 minutes, and you can then move things in immediately.
We require a valid Government Photo ID (Driver’s license, state ID or passport), and a credit card. You will be charged a $50 administration fee, the prorated remainder of the month, and the next month.
Our leases are month to month with a one month minimum. We require a 30-day advance notice to terminate. You may keep your unit for as long as you chose. We have many customers who have had their units for 10+ years.
Payments must be set up on an automatic payment with a major credit card. Payment is due, and will be withdrawn, on the 1st of every month.
You may want to take a look at our size guide here on our website. All sizes of our units are listed along with an approximation to an everyday space to help you visualize the space.
We try to get the most accurate dimensions that we can for all of our units. All listed sizes are approximations. If you have any doubts about if your things will fit into a given unit, you should verify the dimensions yourself with your own measuring device to confirm.
Yes, safety locks are required for all units for everyone’s safety. You must provide your own lock. Happy Space does not have any keys, or any means of accessing your storage unit.
Yes, you may NOT store Liquids, Explosives, Flammable/Combustible materials of any sort, Food items of any sort (this includes pet foods), Toxic/Hazardous materials, Controlled substances, Anything that is illegal, Anything that is sensitive to temperature/humidity changes, Anything that is living (animal and/or plant)- this includes living/staying on the Happy Space property outside of our advertised hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
We have a 24-hour security camera network that allows us to view our facility and daily events.
Security is a priority for us. In addition to our 24-hour video surveillance we have access-controlled gates, fenced perimeters topped with barbed wire, well-lit grounds, a perimeter detection system that sounds an alarm after hours, and the Sherriff’s Department has a gate code and can access the property 24/7.
Each customer is given a unique access code to enter and exit through the gate. Gate codes are valid from 6:00AM to 10:00PM. A record is kept, and to see everyone who has accessed the property, and when it was accessed.
Automobiles, boats and motorcycles can be stored when renting the necessary sized unit. Please inquire about availability for outdoor storage for large boats, RV’s, trucks, and trailers.
Many of our customers use their units as storage space for their businesses. We don’t have any specially designated “business” units.
